U-note works great (the Eudora mailbox format hasn't changed from version 3 to 6, apparently); only drawback is that HTML mail is transferred as plain text.
I managed to tranfer the messages from the Mac to Eudora 6 for Windows (where from I imported with U-note into Lotus 6) and then to import them into Outlook Express 6. The transfer from Eudora Mac to the Windows version is a simple text conversion mac->win with BBedit 7.1 of the mailbox file (had to add manually th .mbx extension).
Some messages in this form suggest tu use "nupgrade 4" for Outlook Express and "nupgrade 3" for Outlook. Hadn't yet the chance to try this utility though.
